Built in the trenches. Jacoby grew from 200 pounds to 285 over the span of his high school career, went from zero offers his junior year to 15+ scholarships his senior year, and went on to play Division 1 offensive line. Throughout his career he recovered from 6 knee and shoulder surgeries — and learned exactly what it takes to keep athletes out of the training room and on the field.
Now medically retired, Jacoby is pouring the same passion he had for the game into his athletes — so they can go further than he ever did. His mission is simple: give them everything he wished he had, and make sure they never have to suffer the way he did.
Today he coaches the next generation of OL and DL — helping them move better, build durability, get seen by college coaches, and dominate the position without sacrificing their bodies.
